Practice time is over.
The sun- your sun, is beginning to set. So whatever your mission, craft or project..
Whatever you have been planning all this time…
The time is now.
Not next year, not next month, not next week…
Not when the kids “get a little older”
NOW.
Each day God gives you on this green earth is a gem to behold - possibilities are boundless.
Each night that passes pulls those possibilities from your hands, never to be given again.
Yes, your mind, body and spirit has been crushed by failures…
But not today.
Today your eyes glean with hope.
Today you rise from the ashes.
You are a Christian. Hope in the Lord and rest in Him.
Because others rest in you.
It doesn’t matter how deep the hole is…
You will dig out of it.
Defeat is temporary.
You will climb, then fall, then rise again.
You will learn better by doing, not simply practicing.
The one way to stay in this game of life is by actually playing it.
Win, Lose or fail.
Stop preparing.
Start doing.
Clear out the moth balls and put on that armor.
Don’t be the man that makes excuses.
Be the man that makes the standard.
Today, lick those wounds
Hobble back on your own two legs
RISE.
Today you will not bow to defeat.
Today, you stand.
