It’s true. It is easy to listen to an inspiring podcast but you need to practice everyday to get spiritually strong. It’s just like the gym. Even those days you don’t want to go, as long as you go through the movements you are helping yourself get closer to God. Personally, I am learning to sit in silence which I find difficult but peaceful.
Stillness is very difficult to me, I have found there is a specific way to channel your "activity" into actions. I wrote this article just as much for myself as for others. Action is difficult, but we can train!
